FMS功能性运动筛查（Functional Movement Screen FMS ）是由Gray Cook等设计的一种功能评价方法，是一种动作模式质量评价系统，它简便易行，仅由7个动作构成，可以广泛用于各种人群的基础运动能力，灵活性和稳定性方面的评价。对于物理治疗师、竞技体育教练员或体能教练员来说，功能性运动测试系统是一种简单的、量化的基础运动能力评价方法。FMS功能性运动筛查套件，提供一个简单的评分系统来评估运动员或病人的运动功能，通过一系列功能运动模式来识别身体的不平衡和弱点，可以根据测试结果推荐训练或康复计划，从而改善身体的不平衡状态以及某些较弱功能。
FMS是一套功能性动作筛查系统，具有如下7个测试：
深蹲（Deep Squat）、跨栏步（Hurdle Step）、直线弓箭步下蹲（In-Line Lunge）、肩关节活动性（Shoulder Mobility）、主动直腿抬高（Active Straight Leg Raise）、躯干稳定性俯卧撑（Trunk Stability Push-Up）以及旋转稳定性（Rotary Stabilit）。
具体测试标准：
● 3分：根据指示按标准完成动作。
● 2分：完成动作时有代偿性动作 (在降低难度的姿势下能标准完成动作)。
● 1分：不能完成动作(在降低难度的姿势下不能标准完成动作)。
● 0分：在动作过程中有疼痛，无论动作是否完成。
测试数值使用公制。
