ASEBA（Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment）经验性评估系统-CBCL,TRF,YSR，由CBCL儿童行为检查表（Child Behavior Check List, CBCL）、TRF教师报告量表（Teacher Report Form, TRF）、YSR青少年自评量表（Youth Self Report, YSR），三种类型的量表组合而成。

YSR青少年自评量表（Youth Self Report, YSR）
测试年龄范围：11岁-18 岁
此自我报告可由具备五年级阅读能力的青少年填写，也可以口头进行。
青少年需根据问题行为和社会期望品质进行自我评估。
量表基于 2,581 名高分组青少年，并对 1,057 名非参照青少年进行常模分析。
