Baseline®腕关节活动度测量计手-腕测斜仪（Baseline Pronation / Supination Inclinometer），主要测量前臂旋前旋后，能沿着任何轴线测量手腕关节的活动角度，是腕关节全轴向活动度测试计。Baseline®腕关节活动度测量计—手腕测斜仪的相关测量法则完全依照美国医学会（AMA）编写的《永久性损伤评估指南》（Guide to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment）第三版的指南。

测试时叮嘱被测试者握紧测试计，转动刻度盘直至度数为0，设置第一个标记。让被测试者在最大范围内转动关节，设置第二个标记。然后直接从刻度盘上读取两个标记之间的间隔角度。
