BBT积木箱子测验-盒子和阻碍物测试

BBT积木箱子测验-盒子和阻碍物测试（Box & Block Test），便携版的标准化手部灵巧度和手部功能测试，用于生成粗大运动协调的基线测量，可用于测试认知障碍或手外伤的影响，测试快速且易于管理。研究证明BBT上肢运动功能评定量表计数，用于脑卒中患者上肢功能评价，具有良好的效度，是用于评估诊断脑卒中（strokes）、多发性硬化症（multiple sclerosis）、脊髓损伤（spinal cord injuries）、纤维肌痛综合症（fibromyalgia）等神经系统疾病的一种有效方法。
测试方法为计数受试手60秒内移动的小方块数。测试时要求受试者尽最快速度将盒子里一英寸见方的小方块从盒子的一边移到另一边，移动木块的过程中要求受试手必须过中间的挡板。通过测试对上肢灵巧度和粗大运动的协调性可提供一个基本的评估了解。

通用说明：
•在正式测试开始之前，允许患者进行15秒练习
•在测试即将开始之前，患者应将手放置在盒子两侧。
•测试开始，患者应使用惯用手一次抓起一块积木，将其运送过中间隔板，放置在隔板另一边的区域内。
•受测患者持续这个动作一分钟
•接着换成非惯用手完成这一动作
•测试结束后，测试者计算成功运送的积木数量
•如果受测患者一次抓起两块以上的积木，记下这一情况，将多出的积木数量从总数中扣除。
•对于患者在运送积木过程中，积木从盒子里弹落到地面或者桌上的现象，不应扣分。
 
测前准备：
•中间带有分隔板，有150块积木的测试盒紧靠标准高度的桌面边缘放置，分隔板垂直于桌子边缘
•患者应面对测试盒坐于标准高度的椅子上
•150块积木应全部放置在靠近患者惯用手一侧的分隔区域内
•测试者面对患者以便观察其运送积木的全过程
 
计分：
分数为一分钟内从隔板一边运至另一边的积木数量。两只手需要分别计分。
BBT积木箱子测验使用简单，快速。适合低智商和/或手部灵巧度有限的人。配有150块1英寸(2.54厘米)见方的彩色积木。可闭合的盒子方便携带和储存。不含天然乳胶。
