洛文斯顿 (Loewenstein) 作业疗法认知评定（LOTCA ）套装（Dynamic LOTCA Battery）是以色列希伯来大学和洛文斯顿康复医院联合研制的检测脑损伤认知功能的工具，旨在获取详细的认知状况为介入治疗的管理和维持提供有效的计划，是目前作业疗法中较为系统的评定方法，与其他方法相比，具有信度与效度高，用时少等优点，在西方国家被广泛应用于脑外伤、脑血管疾病的患者，以及健康儿童、成人及老年人的认知功能评定。LOTCA认知评定套装是专业针对脑损伤患者的标准化认知评定方法，既可以在患者进行OT训练前做功能评估，也可以作为OT的一项，进行作业训练，并随时检测康复效果。LOTCA套装的应用对象包括脑卒中患者，脑外伤患者或其他神经损伤患者等等，也可以用作对精神病患者和老年病患者的认知障碍的评测。
