Jamar两点辨别觉测试盘二件装
 

Jamar两点辨别觉测试盘二件装（Jamar Discriminator），是用于评估静态和动态一点和两点辨别觉能力的测试工具（Two-Point Discrimination (TPD) test ），包括但不限于进行静态两点辨别（2PD）阈值测试（Static Two-Point Discrimination (2PD) Threshold test.）。Jamar两点辨别觉测试盘二件装，二个测试盘可以量化1mm到25mm的神经支配密度，是国际公认的测试两点辨别觉的标准工具，测试得出的结果可以用于论文发布等。

 

Jamar两点辨别觉测试盘为八边形，测定范围有两个，2-8mm和9-15mm。检查标准小于6mm为正常，相当于S4；7-11mm相当于S3+；12-15mm为差级。

 

神经再生时，首先恢复痛觉、温度觉，最后是实体感觉。对感觉的恢复有不同的诊断标准。

 

美国手外科学会利用两点辨别觉将感觉的恢复分为：

正常：小于6mm；

良：7-11mm;

不良：12-15mm；

保护性感觉：认为是一点；

麻木：不能认知；

 

英国医学研究会对感觉功能的评价提出判定标准为：

S1：有深部痛觉存在；

S2：浅表痛觉与触觉一定程度上存在；

S2+：浅表痛觉与触觉存在，有感觉过敏；

S3：浅痛觉触觉存在；

S3+：除S3外，有两点辨别觉（7-11mm）;

S4：感觉正常，两点辨别觉（小于6mm）,实体感觉存在。
