Touch-Test 两点辨别觉测试用具（Touch-Test two-point discrimination testing in one economical unit.）一个物美价廉的装置，可用于完整的两点辨别测试（Two-Point Discrimination (TPD) test ），包括但不限于进行静态两点辨别（2PD）阈值测试（Static Two-Point Discrimination (2PD) Threshold test.）。

美国手外科学会利用两点辨别觉将感觉的恢复分为：
正常：小于6mm；
良：7-11mm;
不良：12-15mm；
保护性感觉：认为是一点；
麻木：不能认知；
 
英国医学研究会对感觉功能的评价提出判定标准为：
S0：神经支配区感觉完全丧失；
S1：有深部痛觉存在；
S2：浅表痛觉与触觉一定程度上存在；
S2+：浅表痛觉与触觉存在，有感觉过敏；
S3：浅痛觉触觉存在；
S3+：除S3外，有两点辨别觉（7-11mm）;
S4：感觉正常，两点辨别觉（小于6mm）,实体感觉存在。
