VASYLI + ARMSTRONG II SENSITIVE FEET ORTHOTIC The VASYLI + Armstrong II sensitive feet shear-reducing orthotic features the same patented GlideSoft technology as the original VASYLI + Armstrong diabetic orthotic. However, it now also has these features: A wider forefoot profile, making it suitable for extra-wide footwear. A 50 percent reduction of the EVA distal to the metatarsals, reducing the forefoot thickness. A trimmable forefoot width, making it even more flexible when fitting standard, wide, or extra-wide footwear.
