- 将吊索放在背部，将前面的带子搭在相关的肩膀上，蓝色条纹的带子靠在手臂上，4边TAB袢扣有“GivMohr”字样侧朝外
- 检查袢扣的位置，必要时进行调整
- 将手部握柄放置在手部合适位置，并让手臂悬垂在一边
- 检查肘部固定带是否低于肘部1英寸位置
- 检查绑带位置，必要时调整带扣以减少半脱位
- 检查腋窝垫的位置，必要时调整舒适度
- 取下吊带时，首先从肘部取下固定带，然后弯曲肘部并取下-无需将肘部固定带分离
- 经过训练和练习，大多数使用者都能独立地戴上和脱下吊带
